Husband found this little motel in the middle of nowhere after we spend a rough evening in Cincinnati, the day prior to staying. Upon arrival (we were early) the receptionist was sweet and kind, gave us the keys to the room, which were very clean and bigger than we’d expect, bathroom was smaller but that wasn’t a big deal. The little restaurant beside it had the nicest waitresses and the food was very good and priced well! The pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view, even if the palm trees weren’t real, it was enough to create a relaxing scene. All the staff were friendly and at night it wasn’t noisy at all. The town was small and peaceful. All in all recommend if you just need a little get a way for the weekend or want to go on fishing trip on Ohio river and need a place to stay it’s good little place to stay!
Rooms are very clean. there was live entertainment whilewe were there it was very good.yum yum diner with really nice excellent service. would definitely go again
Donna in the office is amazing!! Hubby left my bank card behind and Donna scooped it up and then found me on Facebook to make sure it was returned. They have a restraunt you can eat at (which I still need to try).. and the rooms are so spacious you just truly feel at home. Hubby had a jam session outside with the neighbors of the hotel and nearby residence... so needless to say atmosphere is hospitable and charming. All in all 10/10 little get away. Thank you again Donna!!!!
If you are looking for a quiet get away I highly recommend this hotel me and my now fiancée booked three nights here for our 4 year anniversary and I have to say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at the room was clean and very spacious free WiFi a pretty big refrigerator and best of all a Roku tv this place is awesome when we got to the room there was complementary rose petals heart ballon’s and 2 glasses with sparkling cider waiting for us it was like something out of a dream I am blown away for this being on the cheaper side of hotels it far exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary very special and enjoyable also it’s right next to Maysville with plenty of things to do over there pretty views by the river and if your a fast food junkies there is a kfc/Taco Bell 2 minutes down the street the on sight restaurant was pretty good and the nightclub / bar on sight was a little on the pricy side but all in all it was a 5 star experience update we extended our stay another night because this place is so nice

This was an absolutely wonderful stay and truly exceeded expectations. The hotel is quaint, charming, and perfectly situated right along the Ohio River, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere that’s hard to find.
Such a great hotel for the price. I assume they offset some of the cost by having restaurants on site. The place is clean, the town is nice, people are friendly in the hotel and town. The hotel has a pool/lounge area, it has two restaurants which the locals eat at which tell you its good. The location is awesome, walking distance of the Ohio River, they even have a paved walking trail to follow around the road. If yall are in the area and need a place to stay, this is it.
